Yin Yoga emphasizes long-held, gentle, passive stretching to enhance flexibility and to replenish the fluids in the connective tissue (including fascia, ligaments and tendons) in our major joints.
Vinyasa Yoga a flowing form of yoga that focuses on fluid movement and deep rhythmic breathing while linking one posture to the next.
Class will tie these elements together: pranayama, vinyasa flow, yin/restorative followed by a 10-12 minutes of meditation/introspection.

As a Registered Yoga School (RYS), we offer a 200 hour Yoga Teaching Training Program. This program is for those who want to learn more about yoga and deepen their personal practice or for those interested in pursuing a career as a yoga instructor. After successful completion of all 200 hours and corresponding work, one is eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher.
In addition, Mind Body Zone offers personal training, body sculpting, private yoga and pilates instruction, state-of-the-art equipment, unique workshops, and east and west healing modalities that are designed to inspire you towards personal growth and perfect health.
