Styles

Body sculpting is a stretching, strength training and cardio class that utilizes stability balls, bands and other smaller apparatus to tone and sculpt the body. 

 

Kick It Into Gear is a one hour cardio, fat burning workout. This class was designed to shed calories, and tone your body. It will build a stronger, leaner, and healthier you.
